Oxford Child Care Center is a State-Licensed, non-sectarian, privately owned and operated facility. The building conforms to all city regulations and each staff member meets state requirements for his/her position at the center. The center is licensed by the Department of Public Welfare. Oxford Child Care Center provides extended day care to children ages 3 months to 6 years and offers both preschool and kindergarten programs in the morning. Certified teachers are responsible for all educational programs. Oxford Child Care Center is a member of the Day Care Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC ) and the Child Care Systems day care referral network. Oxford Child Care Center has two primary goals: 1. To serve as an extension of the family in providing quality care and; 2. to aid in the child’s overall development.
